At GrowByData, we have always believed that true growth extends far beyond business metrics, innovation, and technological milestones. It is deeply rooted in how we uplift the world around us. Social responsibility isn’t just a corporate policy for us – it is a core value woven into our workplace culture.

Throughout the year, our dedicated team led initiatives that touched lives across different generations. As we reflect on our 2025 milestones, these efforts have laid a strong foundation of empathy, seamlessly turning our compassion into meaningful community action.

Building on the momentum of GrowByData’s 2024 CSR initiatives, our 2025 efforts continued to turn compassion into meaningful action through programs focused on education, elder care, child welfare, and inclusive community support.

Quarter 4: Fostering Compassion Through a Winter Clothing Drive

We closed out the year by supporting our community’s elders during the harsh winter months. GrowByData organized a Winter Clothing Drive for Mudita Sewa Griha, a home caring for 15 elderly women affectionately known as Aama.

Our team provided brand-new winter essentials including sweaters, socks, gloves, and shawls to ensure their warmth and comfort. This initiative goes beyond a seasonal donation, reflecting our deep commitment to human connection, community care, and dignity for our elders.

Quarter 3: Sharing Festive Happiness with New Nepal Society

During the festive season, GrowByData partnered with the New Nepal Society’s Child Care Home in Balkot, Bhaktapur. This home provides a safe haven, education, and care for 34 children aged 5 to 17 who lack parental support. Our volunteers organized a special mid-day tiffin program and contributed vital supplies, including cooking oil, dry snacks, potatoes, and onions. The initiative brought meaningful support to the children and reinforced a deep sense of empathy and shared social responsibility within our team.

Quarter 2: Bringing Essential Care and Support to Sungava Homes

In the second quarter, our focus shifted toward fostering inclusivity and care for vulnerable groups. GrowByData partnered with Support for Sungava Homes, an organization dedicated to the daily care, education, and vocational training of 20 intellectually disabled girls and women.

Driven by the collective generosity of our teams, we delivered essential food supplies, stationery, and creative learning materials. By supporting their daily care and vocational activities, we aimed to bring comfort and joy to the individuals, while strengthening our commitment to meaningful community engagement.

Quarter 1: Empowering Future IT Leaders Through Technology

Recognizing technology as a powerful equalizer, GrowByData stepped in to support education by assisting Amit Kumar Sharma, a dedicated Grade 12 Computer Science student facing financial hardships. Lacking the necessary resources for his studies, Amit faced significant academic hurdles. By providing him with a functional laptop, we helped him to complete his projects, build vital technical skills, and advance toward his goal of pursuing an IT engineering degree. This initiative reflects our ongoing focus on unlocking individual potential and empowering the next generation of tech professionals.

Looking Ahead with Purpose

From honoring our elders to fueling a young student’s dreams, 2025 has been a powerful testament to what can be achieved when a company unites under a shared purpose. At GrowByData, our journey of community engagement is continuous. We are incredibly proud of our employees, whose generosity, time, and empathy made these initiatives possible. As we move forward, we remain steadfast in our mission to inspire hope, leverage our resources for good, and deepen our positive impact on the community.
