You are selling well on Amazon. You get a sizable amount of orders per day. You are happy with your income.
Have you experienced a similar kind of situation?
Avoid Amazon suspension and get back your account from Amazon Seller Central.
Well, that’s normal when you are selling on Amazon. Amazon is a big company with established rules and regulations that fits buyers and sellers. Amazon constantly puts effort to create a good experience for its customers. It won’t allow bad customer experience if it’s caused by you.
As a seller, you must keep in mind not to jeopardize AMAZON’s reputation because you have not served the customer well. Each customer you sell is a BRAND AMBASSADOR for Amazon.
MYTH – Once you register for Amazon Seller Central account, you list, sell and generate revenue. Simple as that.
TRUTH – NOT AT ALL.
You need to constantly keep track of your Seller Performance Metric and make sure to comply with the standards Amazon has set for each performance indicator.
BACK TO SCHOOL. GET GOOD GRADES ON AMAZON’S SELLER PERFORMANCE REPORT CARD
1. PRODUCT POLICY:
Make sure you sell products that do not violate Amazon’s product Policy. Your product needs to be authentic, safe and in good condition. If you think your product is unique, make sure to check the Intellectual Property Condition so that no other seller has the claim over it. Most important – your product page content should comply with the Amazon Listing Guidelines. What you display, is what you sell. Nothing extra on that.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:
An angry customer can take your Seller Central Account away. Make sure you cater to customer’s requests, read and responds to their feedback on a timely basis and more important – don’t allow customers to find any kind of defect in your product.
3. SHIPMENT POLICY:
Customers can be impatient and upset if they have to wait for a long time for their products. Especially, if you exceed the deadline. Make sure you calculate your order processing time and adjust your shipping information. “TOO EARLY” shipping promise can pressurize you while “TOO LATE” shipping can cost you SALES. Even worse -your Amazon Seller Central Account. Plan your Order Management capacity and optimize the processing time. Do not forget to keep the Valid Tracking ID on the orders from your shipment partners. It is compulsory.
HOW CAN GROWBYDATA GET YOU OUT OF THE AMAZON SUSPENSION?
Once your Amazon account is suspended, it might be very difficult to re-instate the account and can take months or even years to get it back. You need to have a proper plan and take careful steps while you appeal. Otherwise, you can never sell on Amazon again. Not in this lifetime.
MYTH – Account Suspension is not to be taken seriously.
TRUTH – YOU SHOULD IF YOU WANT TO SELL AGAIN ON AMAZON. Believe me, some clients and cases had to revamp their Company Name and Re-Brand their Product just to get an account on Amazon after being completely restricted to sell on Amazon.
You do not want to do that. DO YOU?
1. COMPLETE AUDIT AND ANALYSIS OF YOUR SELLER CENTRAL ACCOUNT HISTORY:
We rigorously communicate with your team and get every detail and keep track of minutes that caused your Amazon account suspension. We analyze your Seller Central Account and audit Performance Notification History to handle the case wisely.
2. SUGGESTIVE ACTIONS:
Once we audit your account, we identify and suggest plans to take corrective actions on what went wrong and what you should not repeat. We even communicate with Amazon Seller Central Support to seek answers if there were any errors on their part because sometimes technical glitches can also cause issues on your account leading to the suspension.
3. AN APPEAL LETTER:
The most important factor is your Appeal Letter. This can either SAVE you or DROWN you. We write a comprehensive appeal letter with ACTION PLANS in a format that’s acceptable to Amazon. There are cases where due to weak APPEAL LETTER, sellers had to lose their account restricted for a lifetime.
We have successfully reinstated Amazon Seller Central account from suspension for our Amazon Clients and they are very happy with our work.
