In 2024, our commitment to building a better world came to life through meaningful partnerships, heartfelt contributions, and unwavering dedication to those in need. Every initiative reflected our core belief: together, we can make a difference.
This December, GrowByData partnered with the Women Development Forum Nepal to provide warm clothing to 22 underprivileged students (ages 8–17) from Jana Kalyan Secondary School and Bouddha Phulbari (Mahendra) Secondary School. This initiative ensures the students stay warm throughout the winter months.
We are proud to help these children stay safe, supported, and focused on their education. This effort not only provided warmth but also a sense of security, empowering them to pursue their studies with confidence.
Meanwhile, in our Boston office, we launched our first local CSR initiative at Sunrise Living Center, a home for senior residents, including those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Through engaging activities, we fostered meaningful connections and spread joy among residents and staff alike—reinforcing the power of small acts of kindness.
This Dashain, GrowByData and Clinic One brought the spirit of celebration to children at The Orphans’ Home in Sainbu, Lalitpur. We shared meals, played games, and filled hearts with joy.
Recognizing the importance of health, we also organized a medical camp led by Dr. Yesha Amatya to provide check-ups and care. This initiative underscored our belief that true celebration comes not just from joy but from ensuring well-being.
Education is a powerful tool for change, and this year, we had the privilege of supporting Miss Aarya Ghimire, a BBM/LLB student at Kathmandu University. Despite financial hardship and the loss of her laptop and phone, Aarya remained steadfast in her pursuit of education.
GrowByData stepped in to provide her with a new laptop—not just as a replacement, but as a reaffirmation of her ambitions and our belief in her potential. Aarya’s resilience is a testament to the power of community support.
In the frigid conditions of Bajhang District, new mothers and their babies face harsh winters where warmth is essential for survival. Teaming up with the inspirational Sangita Rokaya—an Everest and Manaslu conqueror—we launched “A Warmer Mother for a Safer Baby.”
Through this initiative, we provided 40 blankets to vulnerable mothers and their newborns. These blankets were not merely protection against the cold; they embodied safety, comfort, and the hope for a brighter future. For these families, they became powerful symbols of hope.
