The Client Success Manager is a customer champion and partners with our agency clients and brands to ensure they have the best experience from our insights and professional services. S/he –

  • Enjoys proactively communicating with clients, offering value and gaining top NPS scores.
  • Skilled at developing client relationships with executive champions and managers to become a value-added business partner.
  • Offers proactive insights, develops advocates, grows book of business, and finds upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Comfortable interpretating data and telling strong data stories orally and in writing.
  • Proficient at multi-tasking across many client team members across levels, and with internal teams in sales, support and product.

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management role in agency
  • Verse in Digital Marketing, Search Marketing, Marketplaces and Shopper Consumer Insights
  • Relevant marketing tech industry, Nielsen or IRI experience (consulting, client success sales support and/or service delivery function), is ideal
  • Knowledge of using tools like HubSpot, Jira and others.
