REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Data Visualization and Reporting tools
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and marketplaces will be an added value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about learning and self-motivated; drive to contribute ideas and share knowledge proactively; must be a team player.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use statistical tools to interpret data paying attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
- Should process both structured and unstructured data in a way that is useful for analysis including writing scripts.
- Create insight reports in visualization tools like Google Data Studios, Tableau, AWS Quicksight etc.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to understand data and reporting needs, discuss the technical feasibility of the reporting needs, and formulate data delivery plans and timelines.
- Run data cleansing and data quality checks – review reports and performance indicators to identify and correct issues.
- Devise and recommend solutions to client/business related problems.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Create documentation that allows stakeholders to understand data analysis process steps, and replicate the analysis if necessary.
- Complete assigned projects and initiatives in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver to and communicate with clients effectively, regularly and professionally.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with team members, team leads, and management.
EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Math, Statistics, Sciences, Engineering, Quantitative Social Sciences, or Analytics
EXPERIENCE
- Two plus year of data analysis experience in similar or above- mentioned domain would be preferred.
