We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead our analytics team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership, driving data-informed decisions across the organization. You will lead projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to unlock valuable insights from our data.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in the e-commerce domain and knowledge of marketplaces like Google Shopping, Amazon, and others is desirable.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Contribute to the design and development of our data infrastructure and analytics systems.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and other tools to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, sales and marketing analysts, and other stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions aligned with project goals.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to onshore and offshore stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the organization’s overall data analytics strategy.
- Demonstrate capacity for long-term planning and aligning data initiatives with business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
