Requirements

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all phases of the digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns to bring the power of our product to leading retailers and advertising agencies.
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services to enhance our brand awareness.
- Improve and control campaign budgets.
- Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
- Recognize the newest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
- Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
- Manage SEO and Content Marketing to make our site appear on the first page of google on strategic and long tail keywords.
- Manage Email Marketing. Draft compelling emails send them through HubSpot, and continually optimize the process with Marketing Automation.
- Drive contact generation to increase lead flow. Take a contact through the marketing funnel and convert from contact to Marketing Qualified Lead to Sales Qualified Lead.
- Drive market research to build compelling succinct and visual marketing personas and sales battlecards.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Understand trends in ecommerce, marketplace trends like Google Shopping, Amazon and Facebook.
- Drive SEM initiatives with advertising in Google, Facebook and other channels.
- Identify influencers and drive our PR to publish through leading retail media to build our thought leadership.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing / MBA preferred
Experience
- Proven 5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing with 2 years of working experience in Email Marketing will be preferred and favorable.
